Creating a notice takes four steps.
First, log in or sign up. You can create an account by clicking here.
Create your notice by pressing the “create notice” on the top of the page.
Add the information you want, as well as any pictures. Don’t forget to select a category!
Lastly, submit it for approval. When a linkAssist administrator approves your notice, we are making sure that there is no spam notices on the site and that it meets the linkAssist terms and conditions.
If you want to know more about creating notices, watch our video on Creating a Notice.
If you wish to view other people’s notices:
Pick one of the six categories. This will show you a list of current notices in your area. Click on any notice that you wish to read in full.
When you find a notice you like, click the “respond to notice” button, and write your response in the box which appears. When you are finished, send your enquiry.
This enquiry gets sent to the person who created the notice, and they can choose to respond. To protect the privacy of all users, all response messages are sent though linkAssist, so you must be a registered user to respond to notice.
Your account can be viewed by logging in, then clicking your username on the top right-hand corner of the screen. From your account you can control your notices and change your contact details. If you want to know more about how to use your account, watch our video on How to Manage your Notices.
